Winters Recreation is growing and our Sales team needs an experienced, motivated, results-driven team member to support the day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring that our customer expectations are being met efficiently and effectively.

As a Sales Associate at Winters Recreation, you will need to be a motivated individual who is interested in the Recreational & Commercial sales industry. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients through prospecting and creating sales opportunities. The successful sales associate will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and follow through with clients, generating leads through referrals. As a Sales Associate you will need a high focus on cold calling and hunting for new potential customers. This position will pay a base salary plus commission.
