Full-time position with consistent, predictable hours. Schedule options include Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., plus a rotating every-fourth Saturday (8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.). Starting pay ranges from $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.

Education and Experience

• Forklift operator certification preferred

Winters Recreation is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Wash Bay Attendant. No prior experience is necessary-we provide full on-the-job training to set you up for success.

As a Wash Bay Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to wash and detail golf carts and snowmobiles, ensuring each one meets the high-quality standards our customers expect. Beyond detailing, you may also assist with painting and cleaning individual parts, giving you the chance to expand your skill set and learn multiple aspects of the business. This role includes operating power washer machinery and requires working in a variety of conditions, which may include exposure to noise, vibration, water, and cleaning chemicals.

Attention to safety is critical. You will use visual acuity to inspect for small defects, handle small parts, and safely operate golf carts, snowmobile dollies, and other equipment. Every day is somewhat different, and your work directly contributes to the professional presentation of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
